By creating an account, browsing the Service, or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies we publish from time to time. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before submitting it to any client. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, suitability, or quality of AI-generated content.
The Service monitors and displays project listings that originate from third-party platforms, including Mostaql, Nafezly, and Kafiil. We do not control these platforms or the projects they publish. The information displayed is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Any transaction, contract, or communication between you and a client occurs directly between you and that client and is governed by the terms of the applicable third-party platform.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Votrr and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. Project listings and related content remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the projects displayed will remain available or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votrr and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Votrr and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, or if required by law or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
