5. AI-Generated Proposals

When you request a proposal draft, we send your profile information (name, job title, skills, and bio) together with the selected project's description to an AI service provider to generate the draft. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content before submitting it to a client.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payments, and AI services).
• With your consent or at your direction.
